Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Data Science & Analytics team, focusing on Customer Service. As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and business owners, to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, transform raw data into actionable insights, and create custom visualization tools to surface Customer Service metrics. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work across the data stack, from pipeline development to business metrics and tools.
