Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our inbound call center, responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you will be expected to resolve patient questions on the first call. Key Responsibilities: Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues and providing support in a timely and professional manner Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide efficient support to patients Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless delivery of medications Consistently demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, providing exceptional customer service Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame). Preferred Qualifications: Six months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls, and the actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
