Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working in our inbound call center, supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing them with timely and effective solutions. Typical calls may include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. You will be working overnight shifts, and we guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week. Through your skills and knowledge, you will be able to help our patients on their path to better health, making a real difference in their lives. Handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient issues on the first call whenever possible Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and support Utilize computer systems and software to manage patient information, orders, and communications Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide accurate and informed support to patients Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support. We require a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, with at least 6 months of experience working in a high-call volume environment. You should also have strong computer skills, with experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. 1+ year of customer service experience 6+ months of high-call volume experience Strong computer skills, with experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we prefer candidates with experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone, as well as those with healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions. Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST Schedule Availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you, 5 days a week, within this time frame) Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range for this role, with a minimum of $17.02 per hour and a maximum of $27.16 per hour.
