Job Overview In this critical role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, serving as the primary point of contact for our specialty patients who require assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and empathetic support to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their questions are resolved on the first call. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely resolutions to their queries Process prescription refills, order status updates, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency Utilize strong computer skills to navigate multiple software applications, ensuring seamless patient support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex patient issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication Consistently demonstrate empathy and understanding, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds patient expectations Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Preferred qualifications include: Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft, and other software systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive pay range for this role, with a minimum of $17.02 and a maximum of $27.16 per hour.
