As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving inquiries and concerns related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Provide empathetic and personalized service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of medications * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and internal teams * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
