As a Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system * Understanding and identifying customs documentation * Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct * Providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration) * Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical * Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with customs documentation and regulations * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
