At arenaflex, we're building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. We're seeking highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in overnight shifts, working from home in Illinois. We offer incredible advancement opportunities, so you can grow within the pharmacy or move to another role within arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner * Resolve patient issues, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood * Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour * The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location **Benefits** * Comprehensive training program, including onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service skills * Ongoing development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and coaching * Competitive pay and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within arenaflex **Work Environment** * Work from home in Illinois, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * Access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including webinars, workshops, and conferences * Opportunities to work with a diverse team of colleagues, including pharmacists, nurses, and customer service representatives **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply for this role.
