As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. You'll work with customers to resolve their inquiries, provide technical troubleshooting steps, and educate them about program benefits and changes. **Responsibilities** * Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs * Handle incoming calls on the arenaflex Rewards Program * Identify and communicate technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the arenaflex App and Myarenaflex .com website * Answer questions on program earnings and points * Educate customers about program benefits and changes * Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations when there is a need to communicate information that the customer may not want to hear * Assist customers in navigating arenaflexmotion.com and other activity tracker apps * Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards **Requirements** * High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience * Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST.
