Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging directly with customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues. * Going above and beyond to wow our customers.
