You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborate with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Meet productivity and efficiency targets, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives **What You Will Do:** * Complete statistical access and balancing features * Coordinate return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/assignments * Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, study, and make important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicate with the vendor to process budget transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Deposit check returns, study member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and prison fees **All You Will Need for Success:** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires **Skills, Licenses & Certifications:** * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work extremely good customer service skills * Ability to perform in a quick-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an essential part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data * Ability to efficiently prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-inspire with robust employer skills and capability for interest to detail * Ability to efficiently prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
