Job Overview In this remote role based in Kentucky, you will be the voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with our customers who reach out to us for a variety of reasons. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service via inbound calls and other communication platforms, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and resolves the customer's query efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through various communication channels, primarily inbound calls, to address their queries, concerns, and needs. The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
