Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Great communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled is crucial, with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability. Reliable internet speed and broadband connection are required, with a secure area in the home to work from and minimal distractions. The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting is vital, with strong self-motivation and discipline to meet performance targets and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is an asset, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working from home.
