About the Role We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to address a variety of topics, from shopping for new pets to problem-solving and finding the perfect products for their furry friends. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike. Collaborate with teammates, your direct manager, and other team members across the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration. Embrace a willingness to learn, sharing feedback and operating in a culture of open-mindedness to grow and develop your skills. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment. Ability to multi-task, performing well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a conversation on the phone, navigating computer systems, and taking notes. Proficiency in using computers for data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet searches to support our customers. Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, demonstrating flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information, with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and benefits of remote work. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools. Experience working in the pet industry or a related field, with a passion for animals and a desire to make a difference in their lives. Technical Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need: A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer monitors and is free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience. A reliable, wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed), with the ability to test your internet speed and ensure it meets our requirements.
