As a remote team member, you'll be an integral part of our customer service crew, working closely with our passengers to resolve their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills **What You'll Do in the Payments and Digital Strategy Crew** As a member of the Payments and Digital Strategy crew in the arenaflex Credit Union, you'll be responsible for everyday features related to checking processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/sports assigned * Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing everyday balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of worldwide and home budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information * Communicating with the vendor to technique budget transfers * Understanding and being acquainted with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, technique member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and liberating budget transfers * Completing everyday processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees **All You'll Need for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and capability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) won through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a remote team member at arenaflex, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
