Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a difference in the communities we serve. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed * Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges * Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions * Reporting medication errors to pharmacists and adhering to organization policies and procedures * Handling calls and responding to customer inquiries, including those related to prescription medications and over-the-counter products * Processing manual claims for external program prescription services and performing other administrative tasks as assigned * Assisting with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms * Providing support for food and product displays, including resets and corrections * Operating store systems and equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and inventory management software * Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy and customer service **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business) * 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records * Familiarity with pharmacy systems and equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and inventory management software **Preferred Qualifications:** * 6+ months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting * Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar organization * Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions * Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management systems * PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the assigned PTCB training program **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software * Familiarity with pharmacy systems and equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and inventory management software * Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** arenaflex is committed to providing opportunities for growth and development, including: * Training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy and customer service * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the organization * Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment, including pharmacy systems and inventory management software * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
