Job Overview We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues as needed. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional support and solutions to our clients, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and empathetic. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair and professional manner Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless support and solutions Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and critical thinking High school diploma or GED equivalent High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection A dedicated work location with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing empathetic support and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
