Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Knowing our products and services inside and out, enabling you to answer questions, provide information, and offer solutions that meet our customers' needs. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer transactions are handled promptly and correctly. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that inform our customer service strategies and improve our overall customer experience. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved and that our customers receive seamless support. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions that enhance our customer service delivery and overall customer experience. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that our customer service team delivers exceptional support and solutions to our customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: To live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a home-based setting. Experience with claims research, processing, and resolution, as well as knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance principles.
