Teletherapy School Psychologist in NC
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to deliver telehealth psychological services within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves providing comprehensive psychological support for students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct telehealth assessments and evaluations to identify student psychological needs. • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results. • Collaborate with educators and families to support student mental health and academic performance. • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and school policies. Qualifications: • Clinical Psychologist license issued by the North Carolina Psychology Board (required). • Proven experience working with school-aged children in psychological assessment and intervention. • Familiarity with telehealth delivery methods and related technology. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational staff. • Knowledge of age-appropriate psychological theories and practices for Pre-K to 12 students. Location & Schedule: • Position based in New Bern, NC. • Contract position with an anticipated duration through June 5, 2026. • Expected to work 25-30 hours per week. • Immediate availability preferred.
