Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has been the driving force behind our success, and we are now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. **Job Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner **Schedule** Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes: * Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with ease **Remote Work Qualifications** As a remote worker, you will need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise * A reliable laptop and cell phone, which will be provided by arenaflex **Benefits and Culture** At arenaflex, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with a company match * Seven paid holidays per year * Paid vacation and personal days * Continued education and professional development opportunities, including periodic classes **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
