Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed productivity goals established by our clients and company, while adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements. **Schedule and Training** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. The training period is three weeks, Monday through Friday, and is followed by a regular schedule of 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Meeting or exceeding productivity goals established by our clients and company * Efficiently managing customer accounts and file records according to company and client work standards * Selling customers on new or enhanced services * Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service * Efficiently handling and maintaining customers' accounts * Accurately and thoroughly updating and documenting account notes * Using probing questions to assess the consumer's situation and assist with resolving issues according to client's work standards * Quickly making knowledge-based decisions to resolve related issues * Staying abreast of daily and weekly Operations news and information; acknowledging receipt and understanding of policy and procedure updates * Completing all assignments as required or requested by Operations management * Maintaining knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Client policies and procedures * Communicating professionally and appropriately with clients, consumers, co-workers, and management * Meeting required criteria for work schedules and adhering to attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and site policies and procedures * Keeping up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance within functional area and with Company policies and procedures * Maintaining regular attendance and timeliness, which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements * Adhering to all Company and customer confidentiality and security policies and procedures **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate * Two or more years of applicable sales or related experience (recommended but not required) * Proficient computer skills, including utilization of computerized collections software programs. Experience with spreadsheets and automated systems * Excellent customer service skills, including strong problem-solving and negotiating skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal).
