You'll be responsible for preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets, as well as communicating with customers over the phone to resolve their queries and concerns. If you're a customer-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise on cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers * Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training * Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills * Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel software * Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution * High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability * Satisfactory attendance required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Knowledge of government and corporate travel policies and procedures * Familiarity with travel software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High level of initiative and self-motivation * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
