Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls. Your proficiency in both Mandarin and English will be a significant asset, enabling you to cater to a diverse customer base. As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer concerns, offering product information, and ensuring seamless experiences with our food ordering app. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Provide exceptional support through phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and privacy. Proactively support customers, maintaining a positive brand reputation and fostering loyalty. Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution. Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes, share best practices, and enhance overall service quality. Maintain and continuously improve service quality, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Language Proficiency: B2 level proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin. Interpersonal Skills: Customer service-oriented, with excellent active listening and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
