Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Language Proficiency: B2 level proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin. Interpersonal Skills: Customer service-oriented, with excellent active listening and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
