Job Overview The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) role at arenaflex is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for our clients using our food ordering app, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your proficiency in both Mandarin and English, including speaking, writing, and reading skills, will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Provide comprehensive support through phone calls, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and privacy. Proactively support customers, maintaining our brand reputation by ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
