Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a critical role in qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting.
