Job Overview: Customer Support Associate We're seeking highly skilled and motivated At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for various programs, products, or services offered by our clients through a combination of outbound and inbound calls. Your duties may include, but are not limited to, appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting.
