Position Overview: Customer Support Associate We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in qualifying callers for our clients' programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized companies in their industries, making professionalism and excellent communication skills essential for success. Key Responsibilities: Qualify callers for clients' programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each caller Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and communicate effectively with callers Adapt to a fast-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience Maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with necessary equipment, including a computer, webcam, and internet access Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome Ability to demonstrate product knowledge after completing the nesting period Capacity to adapt to a fast-changing environment Ownership of a computer (excluding Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook), webcam, and internet access A dedicated, quiet workspace with a desk/workstation Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow professionally and personally.
