What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure that all representatives are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Essential Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
