Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and guidance to improve their healthcare experience Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, policies, and procedures Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PC proficiency in Windows-based applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field Ability to issue tackle in a positive, helpful way Open to connecting with clients in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the client's quality of life Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Solid client care abilities, including affable phone manners and amazing professionalism Strong oral, written, and relational skills Ability to show patience and empathy and express confirmation and confidence Dependability and consistency with scheduling standards Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
