Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans Provide clear and concise information on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits Offer solutions and support to members, ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues and improve the overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a Windows-based environment and have experience with PC applications. While a degree is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
