About the Role: Chat Support Customer Service Clerks As a chat support customer service clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer service questions via chat support on our clients' websites and remote social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers.
