Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations. Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services via online chat, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and clients. Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth and success of our clients' businesses. Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to improve their services and customer relationships. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems. Training and Development To ensure your success in this role, arenaflex offers a comprehensive 4-week training program, which takes place Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
