Experienced Remote Customer Service Manager – Travel Package Expert and Team Leader

experiences that exceed their expectations Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are addressed and resolved efficiently Apply for payments, send out payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure seamless travel experiences Coordinate concierge-related details for clients, including spa, touring, dinner reservations, and other special requests Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure that clients are well-informed and prepared for their trips Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure that all client interactions are accurately recorded and tracked Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that deadlines are met Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, including outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools and strategies that heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and innovation Essential Qualifications To be
