Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries. Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services to customers, addressing their concerns and needs. Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients' customers. Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers. Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a comprehensive understanding of their customers' requirements. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a requirement for the right candidate. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, where no two days are ever the same. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where you have demonstrated your ability to provide exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the automotive industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that our clients face. Experience with online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
