Join our team and be part of our mission to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered. **Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)** **Location: Fully Remote** **Job Summary:** As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
