As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. If you're a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance * Submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and provide updates to customers * Email responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions * Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues * Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and customer service **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer * Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software * Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Certification in customer service or technical support **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent time management and productivity skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
