As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing support to our customers via various channels, including phone and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with software navigation, help them locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when necessary.
