Key Responsibilities Work with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions Design and develop ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table Create data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges Engage with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks and reporting Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience) Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, preferably with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
