About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our team, someone who can not only excel in data analysis but also take ownership of customer relationships. As an independent contributor, you will work directly with our enterprise clients to provide data insights and manage all aspects of the client relationship, akin to a Customer Success Manager. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients achieve their business goals using our data products and build long-term partnerships with them. Key Responsibilities Independent Data Analysis: Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that help them achieve their business objectives. Customer Success: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring they maximize the value of our data products, handling support requests, escalations, and proactively engaging with clients to anticipate their needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are satisfied, and helping them get the most out of our data services. Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of data projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and successful outcomes for the client. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to align our data solutions with client needs, offering feedback and insights to drive improvements. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data projects. Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, with a focus on managing enterprise client relationships. Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a remote, fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with remote teams and managing client relationships in a virtual setting. Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data modeling and data warehousing. Certifications in data analysis, customer success, or related fields, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM).
