Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its Streaming Information and Investigation team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in applying scientific rigor to advance the company's content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
