Job Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will work closely with operations and finance teams to provide data-driven insights and support business decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table Developing data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues to contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) Creativity and a User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background with transportation experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Operations Research Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
