Our team is comprised of talented professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries, united by a shared vision of using data to drive positive change. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Data Analyst / Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining data-driven solutions to support business procedures and decision-making * Creating and managing data pipelines from resource devices to the Data Warehouse * Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs and obtain sign-offs for data requirements * Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and data architecture * Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI * Automating existing business processes and improving exception-based reporting * Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and implement new data variables (data mining) * Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights * Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies * Researching and remediating data errors * Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods * Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis * Strong experience working with Power BI, including: + Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, and other features + DAX queries and calculations + Interactions and other advanced features * Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code * Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations * Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures * Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets * Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query * Experience with Smartsheets **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Strong communication and presentation skills * Experience with agile project management methodologies **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
