Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust, secure, and scalable data processing products and tools that meet the needs of our business stakeholders Design and deliver data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide insights and drive business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and efficiency Ensure that all data solutions are aligned with our organization's quality standards and adhere to industry best practices Provide dedicated support for our data and analytics products, ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) Follow agile and DevOps principles, implementing maintenance, tuning, testing, and troubleshooting tasks as needed Develop technical documentation and conduct focused training sessions to ensure that our stakeholders are equipped to use our data solutions effectively Collaborate with our data engineering team to improve existing systems and integrate them into our operational environment Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 1 year of proven experience as a data analyst or data scientist Proficiency in using Database Management Systems (DBMS) Experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) tools and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Experience in cloud development, particularly with Azure services for data and analytics, such as Azure Neural Network, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analytics Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL DB Related experience with data processing and reporting, preferably using Microsoft Power BI Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing priorities, and improve processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and present compelling solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and DevOps principles Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with Git Knowledge of DAX, PySpark, C#, Scala, or Java Web development skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
