Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data, running reports, and ensuring high-quality data for multiple clients. Your strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with franchisees or corporate offices will be essential in verifying and clarifying information. As a key member of our team, you will provide timely and accurate information to support client accounts, conduct regular data cleanup tasks, and identify data inconsistencies to improve data quality. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard. Run and generate reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats. Support the account management team by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts. Communicate with franchisees or corporate contacts when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality. Conduct regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability. Identify data inconsistencies and take corrective action to improve data quality. Provide general administrative support as needed within the account management team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ years of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: Expected base salary range: $24.10 - $31.25 per hour or $50,000 - $65,000 annualized base salary; plus benefits. Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan. Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits. Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year. Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years.
