Key Responsibilities: Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Work with confidential customer information, treating it with sensitivity and adhering to our strict data protection policies. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your expertise and judgment to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback on call issues to drive continuous improvement. Provide feedback on call issues, using your insights and expertise to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes. Upsell and cross-sell products and services as required, using your knowledge and skills to identify opportunities and provide value-added solutions to our customers. Essential Qualifications: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong track record of self-motivation, discipline, and productivity. 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven ability to provide exceptional support and solutions in a fast-paced environment. Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent. Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong ability to recognize referral needs for customers. Comfort with desktop computer systems, with a strong ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex-provided equipment). Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of call center experience, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Logical problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Organization and work prioritization skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a virtual environment.
