As a Data Entry and Reporting Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data, running reports, and ensuring high-quality data for multiple clients. Your strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this position, as you will occasionally interact directly with franchisees or corporate offices to verify and clarify information. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to quality and excellence. Run and generate reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats, and provide timely and accurate information to support client accounts. Support the account management team through general administrative tasks, data cleanup, and the identification and resolution of data inconsistencies, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Communicate professionally with franchisees, corporate contacts, and internal teams to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality, embodying arenaflex's values of collaboration and customer-centricity.
