Your key responsibilities will include: * Executing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined in the comprehensive client training program. * Managing credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications. * Conducting follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications. * Ensuring the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards. * Validating information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy. * Embracing additional responsibilities and tasks as required. **Required Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills: * Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy. * Proficient command of the English language. * Strong written and verbal communication abilities. * Capable of supporting a home-based work environment. * Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads. **Qualifications** While a minimum of 6 months' experience in a data entry or customer service role is advantageous, we're open to considering candidates with relevant transferable skills.
