Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift, working from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday. For the first month, you will be required to train on the 1st shift. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the daily input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, ensuring the accurate creation of production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all distribution center associates and management. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Accuracy: Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors. Performance Calculations: Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program, as well as calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to DC Management and Payroll, and analyze system output to troubleshoot erroneous data. Administrative Tasks: File paperwork in accordance with established procedures, rotate files periodically for storage, and complete other projects as assigned. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Previous Clerical/Administrative Experience: A background in clerical or administrative work, with experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in 10-key data entry, with fast and accurate typing skills, as well as good math skills and excellent organizational skills. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with DC Management, the Engineering team, and Payroll staff. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, as required. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Blue Chip Computer Systems: Previous experience working with Blue Chip or similar computer systems, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot errors and analyze system output. Independence and Quality Focus: A strong focus on quality and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
