As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: * Demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative and a strong sense of urgency * Managing tasks effectively while multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines * Reviewing all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy * Entering information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content * Reading source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners * Comparing data with source documents and utilizing documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reporting them to supervisors as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy * Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and software * Certification in data entry or a related field * Experience working with customers or clients in a service-oriented role **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
