Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced data entry operator to work on our 3rd shift, from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM, at our on-site location in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Accurately key a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or type 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate. Demonstrate proficiency in 10-key by touch. Maintain knowledge of production processes in assigned area and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with assigned team leader, work associates, and clients. Understand and carry out oral and written directions, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Work in a smoke-free environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field. Proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output. Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software and systems.
