**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate: $22-35/hour * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule * Comprehensive training and development programs to help you grow your skills and advance your career * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to a range of benefits, including travel perks, health benefits, wellness programs, and more **Key Responsibilities** As a Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating returns with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments and following established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **All You'll Need for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel perks: Ready to explore the world?
